A nomadic curatorial platform and art hub that has its roots in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental is inciting debates and lively discussion on different genres of contemporary art. Called the Moving Image Lab Filipinas (MILF) project, this independent art initiative aims to bridge the gap between the academic and cultural environments starting in Dumaguete where two art schools exist.
