    The Negros Oriental Electric Cooperative 2 will conduct a barangay electrician enhancement seminar workshop May 6-8, at the Noreco 2 multi-purpose hall in Dumaguete City.

    General manager Dionefred Macahig said the seminar workshop is for barangay electricians from District II of San Jose and Sibulan in Negros Oriental. Venue for the practicum will be the Mangnao Office in Dumaguete City, and registration will start 8 a.m. on May 6.
