Here in Datagon Pamplona we have been getting day long "unscheduled" brownouts on a regular basis along with middle of the night brownouts one or two times a week... anyone else experiencing this

No brownouts here in Bacong for 3 days now, a record.

    I don't know.
I agree that it makes no sense why there are constant unscheduled brownouts INCLUDING the whole day scheduled ones too. I live near Dumaguete City and the same keeps happening with brownouts here. They can last from 1 hour to a whole day. It could happen at night. It could happen many times within the week AFTER the whole day Sunday brownout. One time I was curious and found the workers who their company had scheduled to cut off power the entire day to cut up a big tree, yet two days before was a scheduled whole day brownout for just those reasons.

Yes, which is exactly why I love Bacong but wouldn't move there. My friends moved there and have regretted it due to all the excessive brownouts. Yet, they are building lots of very expensive and beautiful apartments. I am curious to know if they plan on providing huge generators for them. Renters beware! Lol

Have zero faith in consistent electricity here in the Phil's. That's why I built multiple homes in different areas of the Province When power goes out, I just drive to another home in a different area. I will not break a sweat here because persons have flunked grade 8....6 times.

LOL, so a generator or solar is not the answer... just build a new home somewhere else... why didn't I think of that

Maybe have a house built on different islands too. No just buy a few solar batteries and panels installed on the house you live in.
