    NORECO will never change, it doesn't sound like they have changed in the 5 years I have been gone. We had a generator, a UPS power supply for our computer, and surge protectors to help with our appliances.

    They have improved. Brownouts are far less frequent than they were when I first moved here. Instead of 100 years behind Western country's electrical grids they are now only 75 years behind. There is a chance, albeit a small one, that there are few people alive today that will get to experience something that resembles a functional electrical grid.

    A little to their credit, they are also working with smaller crews and reduced hours due to covid. At least they were during ECQ.

    I did notice the lighter crews. Yesterday I saw a crew with only 3 guys watching 1 guy work instead of the usual 5. Question, what is yellow and sleeps 4? Hint, it has two bamboo ladders on top. Only joke, na lang.
