    NORECO II restored power in Siaton at 2:45PM today Jan 13 after loading Feeder 2 of Siaton substation to Bayawan substation. We implemented these temporary measures to fully energize the coverage area since NGCP's timeframe for restoration of power is on Friday noon the earliest
