Not the first post about this company and definitely also not the last one. I wonder whether Barangay Tubtubon in Sibulan is the only place where there is now a power cut almost every day, lasting at least an hour but sometimes as long as two hours, and often at the most inconvenient time of around 6 pm. I’ve been keeping a record and can see that between 11 June and 6 August, there wasn’t a single power cut. Why it’s suddenly so frequent? I’ve no idea! If, according to Noreco, this falls under the heading of ‘more fun in the Philippines’, I can think of a better way to have fun.
