I am just soooooooo glad that I am not living in Mindanao right now. Or Leyte for that matter. Every now and then I ride up to the thermal plant. Right before the second checkpoint there's a cool overlook of the entire facility. I pull over get off my bike, look down across the plant and thank it for it's lovely, warm near-constant electricity.
