    Think I will take my passport to our BI office tomorrow and see what the deal is. We need to go to Manila now?

    If it is a Philippines holiday, and the embassy is in the Philippines, they observe it.

    I took my passport to the BI office today and talked with that man that knows all. He said everyone will have to go to Manila between September 15 until December to get new stamps. I whined about it and asked him to please look my stuff and verify that I must go. He said "Oh!! You are a 13a holder, you don't have to!" Yay!! So, I asked him just who it applies to and he said "like people from India who have come here a long time ago to join family members who are here."
    Okay, that is all the knowledge I have to share. If you want to know for sure, just pop in and have them check your passport.
