Sorry sir, but not at this time. Maybe when we get our restaurant built we can accommodate you on this. We do some other English foods but not that as of yet.
Biscuits & Gravy are best at Coffee Groove Cafe in Valencia and Joy Delicacies (but no more than once or twice a month). One excellent way of loosing weight is to eat TWO meals a day, only one of which is big. If you get too hungry to deal with this, then a small snack at the third time as you get used to two. At 76 yrs old, still 72 kg and 34" waist, try to walk as much as we can, but not enuf.. And obesity is considered an "underlying health condition" for covid. Check your "BMI" or "Body Mass Index" to see if you are obese.
Intermittent fasting/meal timing does not play that big of role in weight loss, although it may help a bit for some. It's pointless if a person just takes those calories from the skipped meal and place them in their other meals. The main thing to lose weight is to eat less calories than you burn. Below is a pyramid for what's important in losing weight. The best, and most reliable, way to lose weight is to weigh your food and track the calories. I track everything; my weight, total calories and macros daily, every exercise and kilo lifted in the gym, daily steps, amount of time sleeping, weekly body composition, etc. The more data you have the easier controlling your weight becomes. There are Excell spreadsheets out there that can do the maths for you as well. There are also apps for making all this data tracking much easier and less time consuming. I only spend about 5 minutes a day tracking everything. When you do all this switching between bulking/cutting/maintenance is like flipping a switch. If someone tells me they can't lose weight or that diet and exercise isn't working for them I know they are doing it wrong or putting in minimal effort. It really isn't as complicated or difficult as some make it to be and there is no "secret" to it. BMI is a pretty bad way to measure obesity or body composition. The Army/Navy body fat measurement method (while not perfect) will give you a much better idea on where you stand. It is also a much better way to track progress if you are trying to lose weight or build muscle mass. Another thing people, especially the elderly or those trying to lose weight, should be concerned with is maintaining their muscle mass. BMI just can't provide that information. https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/navy-body-fat
24.5% seems to be their body fat maximum. I think that's quite high for military service...but then again it is the Navy. I guess there isn't much risk of a ship sinking with a bunch of pudgy seamen on it. So long as they can still squeeze through hatches it shouldn't be much of an issue.
Way way back at the beginning of this post i think the obese people commented about were Filipinos. In my opinion eating for filipinos is like something that must be religiously followed, 3 full meals a day and snacks in-between or they fear they will instantly wither and die. I can remember some years ago we were getting our a/c's serviced, 5 people came although only 2 were actually doing the work, we had quite a few a/c's so it was to be a 2 day job, on the second day by 11.30am they said they would go for lunch and finish off when they came back, i asked how much remaining work there was to do and they said about 1 hours worth. (they admitted to 1 hour so it was probably only 30min) So i foolishly suggested they delay lunch and finish the job so we could go out for shopping in the afternoon. They looked at me as if it was the most outlandish thing they had ever heard of and i must be a complete nutcase. To my surprise they eventually agreed but all kept looking at me like i was some sort of whip in hand slave driver. So i think the reason there are a lot of obese people here is they never ever miss or even delay a meal and they eat too much.
