The first email i sent was from my yahoo account so i sent it again from my gmail account, again came back undeliverable but this time there was a message, the email account that you tried to reach is over quota. I presume this means their mailbox is full of emails from the millions of people with the same problem as me. The thing that annoys me most about this situation is that being vaxed and having this e pass does not prove that you are not carrying the covid bug and so is a complete waste of everybody's time. Once again it's proved another system that does not work because they can't be bothered to read emails.
Gave up on trying to contact vaxcertsupport as even the phone number we have for them is invalid. We went back to the RHU and they assure us that the hand written certs they issued are all that's needed for entry from abroad. Then something they didn't tell us the last time we were there is that the vaxcert website is down and has been for a long time
Yes i know, that seems to work OK but its their data base that's the problem or so they told us. Maybe they just told us that to get rid of us, either way we have done all possible to get the vax cert, giving up now, the end.....
I had similar problems with the site initially but having a relative working at the RHU helped immensely and we eventually got it sorted - here are a couple of the problems that prevented the record recognition and issuance of the vaxcert: 1. My first name and middle name entered into the system as all one word e.g. Eric Martin entered as Ericmartin 2. Wife's middle name was misspelt. 3. Date of vaccination was entered incorrectly I can assure you their database is not down as we used it yesterday and verified the last mistake (corrected by a relative at RHU). Not sure if this helps you but it might throw up a record - then just print screen and take it to them for correction.
