⌛ online booking unforgiving..

So booked my return ticket from manila to bacolod with a 1 night hotel in manila...After sobering up a bit or maybe building enough tolerance to the good stuff,I found that i did not account properly for the time and day difference...So i thought i still have a week but PAL's USA phone line is constant busy or not ringing at all and the hotel booking site only transact with registered members unless you are in the act of buying or browsing...I browsed and bought and now i cant get in to correct a mistake..i have to register with password to get to change my dates but 3 days of registering and sending off for password yield nothing and PAL simply has no online avenue for changing details of a sale.....I simply wont be there to catch my flight or check into my hotel.....At less than $100 for flight and a night,i will recover soon but man what a trap to transact online......I sent out emails to each but only reply was hotel booking which reassured me of the cancel penalties and continue to fail to get me a password..so i sent another email explaining that i cant get in the site to cancel so i wont rebook until i can cancel... e-mails to PAL wont go through from here at all...So far away in USA trying to transact online in PH is no fun..I transact all the time in PH to USA via phone and I-net with an avenue always to my goal...PH is more cyber geared than my home in USA but not adept at using it to service costumers online....
