I even wondered about that before I came here but had need to contact certain businesses. Is it a cultural thing, because they don't like to push themselves forward - especially if it means they are competing (?confrontation?) with fellows?
I use Dr. Magbanua at Silliman. He has done well with me, I had quadruple by-pass, and as a bonus he sees by appointment. No appointment you wait until he has an opening to be seen that day.
