Sorry i answered so late on this topic, but it still might help someone in the future. Handyman hardware upstairs in Robinson Place has it now and then. You have to be quick though because they sell out about 4 days after stocking and don't know when they will restock. i noticed usually about once a month. Make sure you shake it well before using because some of the liquid has separated from the solid and you will waste it. Also do not put it in the sunshine because it will dry up and disappear quickly.

 

Dang, just re-noticed this thread. I was in Alabang and saw it at one of the hardware stores in either Festival Mall or Alabang Town Center so I know it is available. I even picked up some TERRO for myself and thats why I noticed it. If you go to Cebu then the Ace hardware or True value in SM or Ayala may have it.
