Gee whiz, buddy,,,,I hope you are not taking my attempt at making some jokes to seriously! O--O
If so, I will apologize to you, as I was only trying to generate a smile ( or perhaps even a "LOL" ) out of our members. Sorry if I offended you, mate.
    Cheers.

Nope, not offended in the slightest. I tried to put a smiley face at the end of my comment, but, for whatever reason, either the web site or my pc wouldn't let me do it at the time. However, LOL, OMG, PMSL, LMAO, and all the other text-speak clap trap that should be confined to texting, is mercifully lost on me.

It's so difficult to comprehend isn't it Larry, especially as we are in the land of the claimed best speakers of English in the world. O-|

Oh, you never heard? The Office of the President of the Philippines claims that honour for Philippines:
    http://president.gov.ph/daang_matuwid/ph-worlds-best-country-in-business-english/

Of course their source is pure BS but they claim it.

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Bobby is a nickname for Robert, Roberta, Robin, or Babu.

Bobby or Bobbie may also refer to:

    Bobby (given name)
Bobby, slang for a constable in British law enforcement
Bobby, British railway term for a signalman, as many early signalers were recruited from the police force

yes because in Australia we speak Australian not English :o, as most English can't even speak English hahahahaah

With the diverse accents in England eg, Irish , Scott Londoner Welch etc etc it is very difficult to understand some Brits, But me being a convict and being a Heinz variety mixed with all species coming out of England and America we have a neutral accent, with only a very slight change in accent from one end of the country to the other. And for you Americans who will jump in here, you have the same conflict in accents throughout your country.

    No offence intended.

:confused:mmmmmmmm I see Brian, Well for this obviously, uneducated English member, maybe you would be kind enough to translate this remark, into Australian for us. Just so we can see, what the Australian language, looks like :smile:
