Oxmox Bistro in Valencia Proper

I highly recommend trying Oxmox Bistro located in the town of Valencia! It's a great place for a casual dinner or a get together with friends.

Oxmox Bistro is on Facebook (screen shot attached).

Jenny is the owner and chef (photo attached).

Jenny takes great pride in preparing her delicious meals. My favorite meal is the chili con carne, which she prepares with ground sirloin (photo attached). A side order of garlic bread goes great with the chili!

The hamburgers are delicious! She uses ground sirloin in the burgers, too! (photo attached)

I'm looking forward to trying her Sunday morning breakfast!

Inside is no smoking (photo attached). Outside is smoking.

Beer is available.

She plays recorded music -- including Pink Floyd.

Open every day except Monday. Operating hours are 11:00-20:00 hours (except Sunday when the hours are 08:00-16:00). Note: I am making this post in January 2016 -- If you are reading this awhile from now you may want to check the Oxmox FB page for the most current operating hours -- just search FB for "Oxmox Valencia".

Jenny has owned Oxmox Bistro in the town of Valencia for 1 year.

Great food & a very nice place to get together with friends.

Jenny is the chef. She takes great pride in the preparation of every dish served. Her spicy chili con carne is awesome!

Lunch & dinner every day.

Breakfast only on Sunday's.

Closed Monday's.

She plays good music on the speakers -- including Pink Floyd.

Tables inside are non-smoking. Tables outside are smoking.

Beer is available.
