    Not having the ICC sticker makes an imported item "counterfeit" according to the BoC. I'm not so sure I agree with that but it is something to look out for this holiday season. I might not care if any particular item didn't have the sticker.....but I wouldn't care much to being doing business with a place that could care less about them.
