    Hi Mom Miriam, thanks for your answer, I inquired in the meantime about the Balikbayan-rules.
    It is said, that only Filippinos with a filipino passport and an Oversea-Paper have the content tax-free. Foreigners must pay taxes.
    An the consignee must be a Filipino relative.
