Could the car owner be the owner of business too? He/she should set the right example and hey, this is the mini stop located at a gas station where parking space is limited.

 

A lot better 'coz the space would only be filled by cars on a first-come-first use basis. Motorcycle owners just position their vehicles every which way, oftentimes occupying more space than necessary.

 

and we all know that all those people in new cars and big shiny SUVs park sooo much better! why they would never dream of taking up two parking spaces!

 

You haven't been to the marketplace where there are more parking spaces for motorcycles than cars. Their number is just too many that they oftentimes spill over the streets in parking.

 

You got that all wrong. Motorcycles require a fraction of the space for same amount of people transported. How can they be at fault for parking problems? Most of the time it is motorcycle drivers who are told to park 'somewhere else' because some parking is 'cars only'. Ridiculous.

the guard that works the loading area behind the uymatiao store told me that the new construction on the n.e. corner of the block is going to be a multi-story parking lot with retail at ground level.

i dunno; would a multi-story downtown parking lot be worth it's weight in pesos?
