The Philippine Coast Guard in Negros Oriental and Siquijor provinces is all set for the observance of Holy Week and Easter with a 10-day security plan to be implemented from March 27 to April 6. Ensign Cecille Romero Jimenez, head of the Coast Guard Station-Dumaguete, said that starting today, they will set up public assistance centers at all ports under their coverage area. These include the ports of Dumaguete City, Sibulan, Tandayag in Amlan, Guihulngan City, and Malatapay in Maluay, Zamboanguita, all in Negros Oriental, and in Siquijor province, she said.
