How much would one spend for a 2-day stay in a decent pension house in dgte?

 

For a pension house 1K+ per day single bed is sa safe estimate, so probably 3K for two days, Although I've heard 800 to 1000 pesos per day is a vailable, so choice realy depends on your personal preference so 3K is the safe estimate gud luck ^__^.

 

nice rooms in a pension house are availble from 350 peso on.
for 800 you get a good Hotel room in Hotel Palwa incl. breakfast

Devlins is sadly not existing anymore. I think his cellnumber is still thwe same, Don't know if he still rents his cars out.
In Duma are most places easy to reach via public transport. How many are you? If only 2 I recommend a scooter for 200 PHP a day...

Hi guys,

Is there any reasonable in price hotels/resorts/pension house you would recommend? I'll be travelling to Duma for the first time in a couple of months and might stay for a couple of weeks. I just need a nice, quiete and clean place with lots of windows if possible . Since I'm on a financial diet, I don't need anything fancy with swimming pools , room service etc. Thanking you in advance for your help. Marilou

 

Welcome Marilou.
Since you plan to stay for several weeks I should take no risk.
You have your own special preferences as anyone has.
Why not taking a simple hotel-pension/... for 2 or 3 nights only and looking around in Damaguete to make you own validated choise.
There are many choises so no problem.
On this forum you can find the names of several good places to stay.
It will take some time but it´s worth reading these postings.

Marilou, you only have to read the previous postings on this same tread.
This does NOT take you much time. Just read them.
There are even a lot more to find via the search function, but that requires a bit knowledge to operate.
