⌛ peter ...the" bread gtuy"

I just heard,thru international presonal news.that Peter died here, from a heart attack//???

 

The bread man is no more

Yes, I just heard the same from one of our friends who knew that we were buying our bread since long from Peter Fuchs, also known as 'the bread man'.
A cardiac arrest should have been the reason.
I was chocked by the text message I got, since I know him since some years.
2 days ago we made an appointment to meet each other at the new resort he is building just near to 'Peoples resort' in Dauin.
He showed me the place and the drawings of all what still had to be build.
A very nice place.
He was clearly in a state of being overworked.
When asking him this, he agreed and replied that it now soon should be over because it was in the final stage.
Peter was for me a tremendous nice guy, a hardworking father of many children and a talented person with an eye for perfection.
We will miss him a lot.
He had so many great things to expect for his near future, building his new bakery in the new resort (the resort is owned by other people).
My thought go to his family and I will surely go this his last resting place in St.Peter in Banilad (acc. to my informant).
May he rests in peace. I will miss him.

 

no way - just called home this afternoon and they were not talking about it. i mean, yes, not talking about it cuz the wife's family (a family from us too) is living next to us...i mean they did not mention about it...gotta call home tomorrow for sure..

 

Ja- Peter is gone. Just called home and my sympathy for his wife and kids. He will be buried in Sibulan Public Cemetery.
God have mercy on your soul, Peter.

 

I just come back from the ceremony at St Peter and talked with his wife for a while.
He had some problems (kind of chest pain) the last 2 weeks but thought it was not too serious.
Sunday evening it showed to have been a very serious signal.
He leaves 4 kids behind, resp. 5,4,3,and 2 years old. Peter is/was 43 years old.
Thursday is the funeral. Starting at 8:30 AM at St. Peter (Banilad) and later going to the cemetery in Sibulan.

It's so strange to see him back after our contact on Saturday.

 

it is very sad to see this. he seemed to be a man who worked hard and wanted the best for all people. it is hard to believe that he is no longer with us, there was no chance to say goodbye, passing him so many times recently in bacong and yet i did not wave him down and now suddenly too late.
