Man shot robber in Bacolod free again Negros - Noel de la Peña (38) residing in Celine Homes, Estefania, Bacolod City, was released on Friday by the police, after the family of him raiding Ricky "Kid" Garcia does not have any complaint. The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO spokesperson Chief Inspector Dianne Catedral says De la Peña was raided on Tuesday at 23:00 clock in the district Mansilingan, by Garcia and his companion Brian Azucena. Garcia directed a 38 caliber revolver at De la Pena and called for its wallet, La Pena disarmed Garcia and shot him with his revolver in his stomach. The companion of Garcia, fled with the mobile phone of De la Peña on a motorcycle. Garcia has previously been arrested by the police in Bacolod City because of a robbery and was one of the most wanted persons in Western Visayas.
