I agree, no argument here! My point being that the BI post says it's "In accordance with the DFA foreign service circular circular 29-2020 (which I posted), and that DFA circular DOESN'T specify SSRV as being in the category of banned visas, although it does mention the other categories that the BI has banned. I guess BI is interpreting that SRRV's fall under the DFA catch-all provision of visas that are "deemed canceled".
