    All the stores pretty much sell the same phones. Pick-N-Carry (?) usually has a decent selection. There are a couple locations in Dumaguete if I remember correctly. One is before you cross the bridge heading from Robinsons to the Bell Tower. The other is on the same road somewhere around Lee Plaza.....might be a couple more around town as well.
