Thanks for that starch suggestion, advice. Will get right on it this weekend, let you know how it works out for us. We have the pie crust down pat now, made a few tweaks not using the expensive crisco. The crust is so near to grannies now hope we can still get the same results and wasnt a 2 time fluke. The wife has put some in the freezer to see if we can make in advance like the mrs smith and sara lee premade crust. Will try one of them with the new meringue recipe
