It depends on your area. I have fairly good performance with FilProducts. It was slow in the afternoons after Christmas but has been good otherwise.-

Even Fibre is slow two weeks after Odette. Takes 30 seconds to load a website. Faster in the last 5 days or so. I really think that quite a few of the wires are still down and the bandwidth is not enough for normal speeds for all the customers with power back..... Also, doesn't FilProducts lease from PLDT for it's backbone, so obviously it's the same problem ??? BTW, when we had a PLDT outage (not due to a typhoon) for a few days, we bugged them for a refund and got a couple hundred pesos, twice.

Whatever it was, luckily it didn't take 48 hours, back to normal speed here just now

Yeah, (PLDT fiber here also) it feels like I'm back in my 14k4 dial up modem days, the only difference being that every modern website is at least 50 times as heavy as they were back then.
The gossip on Messenger is that it might be caused by a large mango tree that fell down today near NORSU. PLDT themselves sent out a message saying they are "working on a technical problem" and that they "expect to have it fixed within 24 to 48 hours".

Same problem today with my PLDT fibre (snail speed since this morning) plus I don't have signal for mobile phone here in Valencia. So bad!

I have two Fil products connections (home and office) and there has been considerable lag and issues just like the PLDT folk here. Just when it seems okay some simple page wont load, speed test takes 5 minutes to find a server then tests with okay speeds.-

Back to normal this morning. Frankfurt is 107 Mbps down, 48 Mbps up.
PLDT is just too unreliable though. And I bet it won't be that fast in peak hours tonight.-
