First, I asked a bit of advice from friends who know the how to's. It always helps when you know somebody from the inside. When in the bank, yes, you can ask the guard, be honest and polite and state your true purpose. Normally they will tell you where to go and who's in charge. Other banks, had their lists posted on a designated area in the bank. Just the same, still need to ask.
