    So it seems like they even managed to recover a stolen foreigners motorbike in that operation!

    Meh, the guy is innocent; the bike wouldn't have been stolen if the foreigner hadn't been in the Philippines.

    Whats up with that? Did they find my stolen XRM? Tell me more so I can go check it out. Do they already know which foreigner's bike it was and have they notified him?

    I find that VERY AMUSING! :biggrin:
    In Oz if you tried that, they would send in reinforcements behind you and trap you in, but here the Highway blocks up with those waiting for the Checkpoint to close with no action taken, then go on their merry way, got to love it here! :wink:

    It is ilegal for anyone in the checkpint to move in any direction from the checkpoint and the bikes know it,but on the otherhand if anyone runs a checkpoint who is instructed to stop they can chase them if they have a vehicle which is capable.

    Reminds me of all of the Dogs I see sleeping on the side of the Highway when I catch the Jeepney into the City, amazing! I mean; they COULD sleep somewhere else but are too lazy to walk the required 3 feet to a safer spot... Seems to be just the way things are done here... :biggrin: hehe
