Poets Corner

There are many things I enjoy about this site. It can simply be a photo that the Rev is sharing, to the words that are written here. It is all poetry, in many fashions, be it words of anger to words of support, from heartbreak, to love, from sharing the scenes of people passing through life, to the photos of nature that God has given us, each word typed here is something that is important to the writer or photographer at the time, and the best part is, that person wants to share a part of themselves at that moment, and for that, I'm eternally grateful.

A man who can not admit his weaknesses on the applicable moment is likely incapable to be strong enough on the moment it requires him to behave like that.

I look forward to having a couple of beers with you. I am in the process of having a new socket made so my leg fits well upon arrival. If the prosthetics department does a good job, then I'll be able to walk for pretty long walks. I'm really excited about getting there, even if I have to spend several weeks in a hotel room before I find a rental that is fair priced.

I was at an Il Divo concert few months back and heard them perform this live. It's wonderful. At the end of the concert people just stood up and kept clapping. They have to perform 3 more songs to satisfy the crowd.

Weena, you're funny but thanks I'm glad you like the prayer. I will see if I can find or probably pen a "Confused" prayer for you. Just the thought of it makes me smile....
