There are many things I enjoy about this site. It can simply be a photo that the Rev is sharing, to the words that are written here. It is all poetry, in many fashions, be it words of anger to words of support, from heartbreak, to love, from sharing the scenes of people passing through life, to the photos of nature that God has given us, each word typed here is something that is important to the writer or photographer at the time, and the best part is, that person wants to share a part of themselves at that moment, and for that, I'm eternally grateful.
hi,there..it's very nice of you to say that..same here...i also love this site.you can post anything what's in your mind and have people go crazy what they think about it!!it's really a very interesting site!!hehehehe...
TFA, I hope we will meet soon after you have been 'transferred' to here . I like your style and attitude. This is a great way to see things. I hope we're sitting soon together with a cool beer or whatever, cause walking will be more inconvenient for one of us You're a great guy ! On topic: A man who can not admit his weaknesses on the applicable moment is likely incapable to be strong enough on the moment it requires him to behave like that. (my own idea)
Jellyfish, I look forward to having a couple of beers with you. I am in the process of having a new socket made so my leg fits well upon arrival. If the prosthetics department does a good job, then I'll be able to walk for pretty long walks. I'm really excited about getting there, even if I have to spend several weeks in a hotel room before I find a rental that is fair priced.
You'll have fun here for sure!! its a very nice place for guys like youto enjoy life to the fullest!!! Dont,t worry about that leg...you'll forget about it when you'll get:D
A Nurse's Prayer Give me strength and wisdom, When others need my touch; A soothing word to speak to them, Their hearts yearn for so much. Give me joy and laughter, To lift a weary soul; Pour in me compassion, To make the broken whole. Give me gentle, healing hands, For those left in my care; A blessing to those who need me, This is a Nurse's prayer.
A Nurse's Prayer Mr. Pandaypera, that's so wonderful and so touching. I really love it.Do you have a prayer for someone like me who's confused??
I'm sure the Good man Panday has, but meantime, when ever I hear this song it lift's my spirit. " You raise me up" best wishes....JB PS sorry won't let me print the lyric's
Dedicated to JB YOU RAISE ME UP I am down and, oh my soul, so weary; When troubles come and my heart burdened be; Then, I am still and wait here in the silence, Until you come and sit awhile with me. You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains; You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas; I am strong, when I am on your shoulders; You raise me up: To more than I can be. You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains; You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas; I am strong, when I am on your shoulders; You raise me up: To more than I can be. There is no life - no life without its hunger; Each restless heart beats so imperfectly; But when you come and I am filled with wonder, Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity. I was at an Il Divo concert few months back and heard them perform this live. It's wonderful. At the end of the concert people just stood up and kept clapping. They have to perform 3 more songs to satisfy the crowd. Weena, you're funny but thanks I'm glad you like the prayer. I will see if I can find or probably pen a "Confused" prayer for you. Just the thought of it makes me smile....
