Yeah, there are certain elements in country that would love to have a chance to take him out (the Philippines is #3 in the world for terrorist attacks). Better safe than sorry. Nobody wants the Pope killed in their country.

The Catholic Church strongly opposes birth control. The Pope needs to encourage the use or protection, especially in third world countries. What their policies have done to the Philippines should be criminal. They need to keep their alter-boy-molesting-dick-beaters out of politics.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm They have a Mr President that says and does many similar things. The Indigenous people Don't believe him, Why should they Believe this other GUY. OH! I forgot who it is that's visiting.:oops: Seriously though Does anyone thing things will Change. One hand tells me they are more likely to believe this guy but on the Other Hand, he will have tea with Mr President First and hand him the Script. Which I read will all be in English, Now I wonder How many will Understand what is being said., Given the level of English in many parts of this supposedly English Speaking Country? not being negative but.................................. Well, whatever language or dialect the Pope uses, and yes, it is reported that it will all be in English when he is here, he is supposed to be the the direct Representative of God, so it will be interesting in such a, on the surface anyway, " God Fearing" Country as Phil, whether the multitude will answer to his call, whatever it may be?
I think he is poking fun at the Philippines. Filipino pride might be to thick for people to catch on to that. Ha. I want to see what kind of jeepney Batman would ride in if he visited.
