That stare isn't coming from a lack of a lie. It's you throwing the wrench in the rule book. They have been told to collect extra from you and then you show them a receipt showing you have already paid what they are told you haven't. They have not been instructed on how to deal with people who can prove Globe is full of sh*t. If there is no rule then there can be no pre-programmed reaction.

I had a bill from Globe saying I owed three months. I paid at the kiosk every month as I remembered, but seldom kept the receipts as they disintegrate in a short period of time due to the electronic printing process... conveniently for them. So now I keep the receipts (make a copy onto bond paper) , log in the payment date and keep my own records with all information on my computer. The next time I get a problem I will enough information not to take their BS..... I hope only to get the classic "Filipino stare" when they do not have a lie for the situation.

lol How exactly does one "manipulate" their account? Just go prepaid and tell them to stuff it. You probably use less than P640 a month anyways. No sense in giving those crooks anymore than you should.

I have a post paid account for my smart cel. on or before the 8th of each month i go to their office and pay 640 peso. In jan. the statment came 1280 peso so i rang them and was told this happens every 6 years as it is part of their accounting program. I was told i had to pay it or my service would be cancelled, they text me twice a day demarnding payment. The girl in the office told me i had been manipulating my account looks like the old 13th month trick .Anybody else have the same?
