    Yes, and that was the problem. When power dropped to 190V, all PC's worked fine. But, the UPS will power the server from battery until empty, then shut down the server. As we didn't know there was a low voltage we didn't know at first why the whole system didn't work.
    I found the best solution was to power the UPS via a AVR to make sure it didn't go on battery unless there was a complete black out.
