    If I had bothered to get cable I would have tried to get Sky also. I just don't watch much tv.

    I don't watch much TV either but I do have a family who do. I am happy with just Internet.

    thanks for your inspiring posts.
    i'm in the sticks and have no i'net options other than wireless and i currently use a 30 day postpaid p999 plan which includes 6gb data, 75 texts and some utube and the utube runs out a week or so after i renew the plan if i use it or not. (?)

    but what your saying is... for the same money i'm spending now (p999), in a months time, using your method, i would get 14gb data and a zillion texts and you wrote this plan yourself! (wow!!!)

    does it matter that you haven't used up the 1000 texts before you renew the plan?

    are you using a prepaid sim card?

    how do you pay for this?

    Yes your math is correct, for p980 you would get 14GB and 14,000 texts

    I put load on a prepaid sim.

    You have 7 days, 1 GB and 1,000 texts, if you run out of data before running out of time or texts cancel the promo and start again for another 7 days, 1GB, 1,000 texts. there is no 'rollover'
