I bought two helmets from Lazada already, one LS2 and one Bell. First I ordered was too small, sending back and getting one size larger was no problem. Though any helmet is better than none, I would not trust wanything below 5000 pesos (for a full face helmet). Open face helmets are a no-go in my opinion, if you go that route perfect fit isn't as important since it doesn't give much protection anyway. Having an XXL head, Lazada is the best bet as no dealers here stock this size. I remember the SM in Bacolod had a dealer with a lot of LS2 models but even there none above size L or XL. Right size helmet will feel a bit tight at first, but the cushions will give room so after "breaking it in" it'll be fine.
Oh and my head measures 61.5cm, and I'm wearing XXL. You should in theory really be fine with an XL. Depends on the head shape however as well.
