Peter is now making three kinds of Rye bread, my favorite is a very thick crust variety made with beer, and a very small bit of grilled bacon. the flavor is first class. Another is a sourdough rye made with half half whole kernal rye and rye flour. We are now using his pizza crusts for our store pizzas, everyone likes them. Peter is not hairy, does not knead his bread without shirt, and is fastidious about his product :D Adings Place
If you are in the city, you can pick up Peters bread also in Casablanca, beside Rejoice. Not the full collection, but always something.
We have just returned from Australia to permanently settle in Dumaguete. Looking for Gluten Free bread....any help much appreciated
You'll be lucky to find sugar-free bread in Dumaguete. Perhaps there is a specialty store here that sells what you are looking for.....my guess is that it will be rather expensive.
