Florence A. Tangente is an attorney as well as a CPA. She is located on the second floor of the Obdulla's Business Inn building next to the Shell station across from the Cathedral. She has helped me and another friend on several transactions. Competent, professional and friendly--highly recommend her!

The 'condo' is actually part of a resort, Vida Homes. From what I understand, the development does meet all the criteria to be a condo. What little I do understand of the law, it seems to comply. I'm hoping that a lawyer will clarify and confirm everything.
