⌛ Real Estate Section

Is there enough demand for a section on apartments and houses for sale or rent in Negros Oriental? Is there a real estate office in Dumaguete that would be interested in maintaining such a section and a member that could ensure that the realtor keeps things real in regards to rental and sale prices? I know for me, it would make things much easier for our upcoming move. As things stand right now, I'll probably have to come to Dumaguete about a month before my wife in order to secure a place simply because we have two dogs and cats that we are bringing with us. I'm pretty sure there are no transient housing that would be comfortable with us and our animals, so that means I'll have to arrive earlier to find a place. Anyway, I'm guessing I'm not the only one who would benefit from a real estate section. Of course I doubt it would benefit a realtor that much financially, but it would be helpful nonetheless.
