    And ask about the Appeals Process. Unlike other places you might have experienced a court case, here Appeals are a given. There does not have to be any reason other than you don't like the decision, in order to file the Appeal.

    Explains why this Justice System is so overloaded and so slow. I don't begrudge an appeal, provided there is a reason for it other than I disagree with your decision.
