    I'm sure they'll figure that out in a couple years....and then get the plates in stock about a decade after that.

    I'm in Region III and the new plates are all over Luzon. Plain white background, alpha/numeric and a bar code in the upper left side of the plate. There's a small square on the top right for the sticker that I can't seem to figure out how to get. Anyway, no one seems to care. I went to the LTO for a sticker and the rep. slapped the OR with a stamp that says "NO STICKER AVAILABLE".
