Over the last 5 years or so I've had very many extended video conference calls etc with West Coast USA companies and agencies so during that time I work nights. Start around 10pm (06:00 PST) and finish whenever we're finished, normally around 08:00 (16:00 PST). I use a gaming headset (RAKK KUSOG PRO - P850 from Lazada) and it works very well. When I started doing this I used to get comments about the extraneous noises (Roosters, dogs etc) which made a talking point but also detracted fromn the discussion(s). Now I get comments asking what I've done with the animals, so these seem to work very well.

I had the same issue at my place - we have several roosters plus many other animals - a good noise cancelling headset works wonders - no background noise gets transmitted.

Bo's coffee shop has works for me. I don't know their hours but I've been there till 10pm with no problem. I just plug in my laptop and sit in a corner by the window.
