⌛ Rental houses in Dumaguete

We used Lautner Ads and Services to find our little piece of heaven, I know a lot of other expats have done the same. But last time I saw the owner Pinky she told me she is wrapping up shop which saddened me.

Lautner Ads and Services is a great little one-stop service center that a lot of expats use both for renting out, selling, buying and renting property here in Dumaguete.

I know Why Not has something similar, at least they got a bulletin board up with properties and houses for rent in Dumaguete as well as a ton of items for sale. But I will miss Pinkys office when its gone.

Anybody know of any other places / offices that has rental houses and properties in Dumaguete and surrounding areas?

I'm looking to rent a house at least 3bdrms, with a swimming pool, possibly with a gardens, I'd been searching in the internet for ages but no luck. if you know or if you can recommend anybody I would be much appreciated.

It is always hard finding a house for rent with swimming pool in Dumaguete, but I would suggest you either go to Dumaguete and check out the places for yourself. When I was searching I used the bulletin board in Why Not and Lautner Ads and services. Neither had a house with swimming pool at the time but both said there are available from time to time.

Your second option would be to try to give them a call in Why Not and see if they can help you over the phone or post an ad looking for a house with swimming pool for rent in Dumaguete right here in the classifieds section on Dumaguete Info

Some friends of ours have both a beach house (around Zambo)and a house in the city (not to far from Hypermart) both of which have pools. The one in the city would be a shared situation as their house is on the same large lot. Both houses are modern with all the conveniences. I do believe they are both for rent. Mabuhay , I am a big scuba diver also ( literally ...heheheheheheee ) well I am moving to Dumaguete in October 2007 and would be looking for a house for my GF and me . If you can keep me in mind or send me the address`s for your friends rentals I would appreciat it . PS is there a Dumaguete Info Divers Community . Rent tanks and go to different spots and dive ?
