Residents at the boundary of two agricultural barangays in Dumaguete City have signed a petition requesting subdivision developer Camella Homes to provide them with a road right of way, when plans to establish another housing subdivision in the area push through. The petition, addressed to Barangay Captain Orlando Enquig was received by the barangay council of Bajumpandan, during its regular session last week.
