    We have a case in FLA now. Retired Deputy Sheriff shot and killed a guy seated in front of him, texting on his phone. Retired Deputy defense is that he felt threatened by the texter. I guess it was during the cartoons?

    The one I have comes in different models, you need to made sure you order the one for Europe and Asia and not the US model. The US cell phones operate on a different frequency from the Philippines. (Asia is mostly 900/1800,us is 800/1900 along with a few additional freqs.)
