    Its difficult to make delicious food, if you have no customers. Means for a start, that everything needs to come from the freezer or from a can. I have never been to that place during my 9 years in Dumaguete, but might check it out just for fun next time. Thanks for the report.

    I went there once. Food was nothing worth mentioning but had a nice view. Good place to have a drink with a significant other for a quiet night.

    In fact my personal opinion is: this is not at all a restarurant as been reported but a cafe. Cos fundiver is partly right-unlikely they have proper kitchen and necessary devices for cooking good food.
    But in case you're looking 4 a not-so-crowded place just to have a couple of san miguels-it`s fine.
    BTW: used elevator for...I don`t know...may be first time for the last 6 months or so :-D
