I was asked on FB for this information. I'm not sure if this would be the proper department to contact though. (The person has tried to contact them through FB but they are not responding there.)
The problem the person is having is that someone has started a pig farm in residential area (I know zoning really isn't a thing in the PI) and the manure is being stored/disposed of near an open water source used for drinking water.
I'm not sure if this would be a sanitation department issue, a health department issue or even some other government department. I have already advised the person to first take the issue up with the Barangay Captain to try to have it resolved that way.
Aside from getting the contact information I thought it would be a good post to remind people why it isn't a great idea to drink the tap water. You never know what is upstream from your tap.
