We drove by the intersection of Santa Catalina and Legaspi at 8:30am and saw a pedicab on top of a motor bike. There was a foreigner who looked like it may have been his bike. He was standing looking at his bike so he may (hopefully) not have been seriously injured. That intersection always appears to be an accident waiting to happen and so it was.
