True.
I got used to it, and I got a strong generator.

Furthermore after being in the Philippines for many years now I learned the lesson, that it is entirely useless to waste any energy on complaining to goverment bodies or similar organizations.

For me, maybe only for me, it turned out to be the best solution to have your own equipment in place in terms of electricity, water, banking and so on.

If you want to complain you can do it 24/7. And mostly you were right.

But it will make your life sour and success is questionable.

It's more fun in the Philippines.
Keep that in mind. At least it helps me to find my way around, but of course everybody has to find its own way.
