    Yes i agree when the trees are actually on their land but i am only concerned about alongside the concrete roads.
    I had dealings with my lovely neighbours some time ago regarding trees planted on our borderline and showed them republic article act 679 that states trees cannot be planted within 2 metres of a border between properties and must be uprooted.
    I know a lot of people build houses/fences close to these concrete roads and then have problems when the roads are being widened or drain canals made.
    The concrete roads belong to the government so they should have no problem enforcing the 2 m rule there.
