I have seen that Monkey driving around town.... He wears a costume... looks like a human. Hit pedestrians, lays bike over on the side too. The finale is usually a crash, where he blames everyone else. I paid him off with Bananas and he left me alone.
You may be safe for now but he gets the s**its from the bananas, his family will be knocking on your door looking for money from you to purchase new briefs or cash compensation because he finds it hard to sit on his a** all day... Kind of gives new meaning to the Philippine term BROWN OUT...
