Can someone please explain what this means??? I heard from someone that it means you have a job and can't be fired even though all your documents are forged, you sister, brother, uncle or some other family member got you the job even though you are basically incompetent to even write your own name..Is there any truth in this or is it a dirty rumor being spread by people who are not able to pass the Civil Service Examination.. O-|
Would imagine it'd mean they can't be fired till they at least manage to payoff the "5-6" loan, (that they took out to bribe their own family to get them into a government job, in the first place)!
